Overview
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team in Bethel, CT. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $0.40 to $0.82 per mile, depending on experience and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate flatbed trucks across regional and occasional long-haul routes within the Northeast and beyond.
- Secure and load freight using proper methods to ensure safety during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations and policies.
Skills Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with flatbed equipment and securement techniques.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Excellent communication skills and reliability.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and securing loads.
