We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team based in Greenville, SC, with routes originating from North Charleston, SC. As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight across regional and local routes, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and securing flatbed cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate delivery documentation and communication with dispatch teams.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and hours-of-service regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
Skills needed:
- Valid CDL-A license with flatbed endorsement.
- Strong understanding of cargo securement and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to operate flatbed trucks efficiently and safely.
