- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their health insurance needs
- Educate clients on available health insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits
- Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance plans and guide them through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Stay informed about industry updates, plan changes, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information
