We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager based in San Jose, California, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs.
- Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to maximize product adoption.
- Proactively monitor account health, identify potential issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes.
- Gather client feedback, advocate for their needs, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Assist with renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and activities using CRM tools.
