We are seeking a motivated Remote Italian Speaking Customer Experience Associate to join our team based in Athens, Greece, with the flexibility to work remotely from Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide timely and effective assistance to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English.
- Resolve product or service issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback.
- Stay informed on company products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
