Overview
Role & Responsibilities: Support the success of the Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Asset Condition Management (ACM) programs by enhancing asset uptime through predictive technologies and eliminating failure causes. Promote proper machine operation and early problem detection to prevent production disruptions. Own the RCA process, serve as the subject matter expert, evaluate CMMS system effectiveness, and support new asset deployment. Execute and implement PdM strategies, perform RCA, troubleshoot, analyze CMMS data, and drive equipment improvement projects. Collaborate regionally on PdM best practices and develop personal skills through training.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education in Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience in equipment operation or recovery. Strong problem-solving, documentation, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings, ensure safety compliance, and adapt to shift demands. Experience with CMMS systems and troubleshooting is preferred.
Working Conditions: Second shift with flexibility, working in office and production areas, potentially exposed to chemicals and confined spaces. Some travel and overtime may be required.
