Overview

Role & Responsibilities: Maintain tooling to ensure the production of high-quality parts by managing process changes, addressing non-conformances, and optimizing equipment performance. Conduct checks, control tooling per process standards, monitor operational conditions, and communicate results to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and departments to implement enhancements, participate in initiatives like loss elimination, and respond promptly to production needs to prevent issues. Execute containment and repair of nonconforming products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of machining or tooling experience, understanding of metric measurement systems, and ability to respond quickly to production requirements. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs., and work in fast-paced, variable temperature environments. Some travel for training and support may be required.
