Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 0-2 years of experience; proficiency in CAD software; strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Decision-making: Propose and evaluate design solutions, assess feasibility with styling data, and review supplier proposals to meet standards.
Work environment: Mainly office-based with some lab and manufacturing interactions; some travel may be required.
