Overview

Role Overview: This position involves designing safe and efficient automotive frame assembly processes using analytic tools and industrial engineering methods.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing balanced manufacturing processes with M.O.S.T., apply lean techniques to improve efficiency, audit data accuracy, support quality and safety initiatives, and identify waste reduction opportunities. Support ergonomic improvements, contribute to project planning, and maintain AutoCAD layouts and technical drawings. Create reports on department metrics and address floor feedback to optimize assembly processes.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (6+ years), with skills in Excel VBA, lean manufacturing, workstation design, and process evaluation. Experience in automotive manufacturing environments is preferred.

Working Conditions: Primarily first shift in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with occasional support for split shifts and overtime. The environment combines manufacturing and office tasks.
