We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to enhance quality data analysis and reporting capabilities. The role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert in tools such as QICS, Business Objects, and PowerBI, overseeing quality reporting strategies, and analyzing multi-source data to identify trends for strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and mentorship, developing solutions to resolve system issues, managing defect trends, and supporting data analytic tools and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics or quality management. Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and BI tools is essential, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. This onsite position requires collaboration with factory floor teams and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
