Overview

Role Overview: This position supports distribution center receiving operations by ensuring inbound safety and quality compliance, providing process training, conducting audits, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to enhance inbound efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ISQL procedures implementation through communication and travel.
  • Conduct training sessions for receivers, clerks, and supervisors, refining training materials.
  • Engage with vendors via audits and calls to improve load quality and develop process improvement plans.
  • Analyze reports in Oracle, take corrective actions, and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve issues like OTIF, Reclaim, and Trade Relations.
  • Identify supply chain issues and propose solutions for discussion.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • High School diploma with relevant experience or college preferred.
    • Over 5 years of wholesale or retail warehouse/distribution experience.
    • Strong skills in conflict resolution, influencing, negotiating, and training.
    • Ability to work overnight hours and travel as needed.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Hyperion.

    Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift/move 20 pounds, sit/stand/walk frequently, and adapt to varying environments. Travel may be required.
