Overview
Role: Assistant Service Center Manager (ASCM) responsible for supporting daily operations, leading a high-performance team, and ensuring a superior customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and automotive maintenance services.
- Assist in managing service center operations, including inventory, labor, and financial performance.
- Greet guests warmly, build customer trust, and foster loyalty.
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to optimize performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum six months supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
- Knowledge of cash handling, safety, and facility policies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend; high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding safety and operational materials; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
