Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading and training a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, building customer loyalty, managing employee schedules, assisting with inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will also help with store audits, opening and closing the center, and team development.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Experience with KPI data and fast-paced environments is preferred. The role requires physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled setting. High School Diploma or equivalent and English fluency are required.
