Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional automotive services. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, conduct store audits, and maintain a safe, organized environment by following safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates need at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with KPI data, schedule flexibility, and fluency in English are required. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying conditions is essential.
