Overview
Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient operations. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily activities, training new employees, and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, conduct store audits, and ensure a safe, organized environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in monitoring KPIs, schedule flexibility, and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying conditions is essential. Fluency in English is necessary.
