Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs in oil change facilities. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, work order completion via a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and addressing issues related to building systems, tire lifts, pneumatic pumps, air compressors, and portable equipment such as transmission and A/C machines. The role involves collaboration with team members, inventory management, and supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications and skills required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of maintenance or facilities experience
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
- Proficiency with CMMS and computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
