Position Overview
Assist in keeping communities fed by supporting warehouse operations as a Forklift Operator.
Your primary responsibilities include operating a forklift to transport merchandise, accurately tracking inventory with technology, stacking and rotating products, replenishing pick slots, staging finished goods, and loading/unloading trailers.
Follow all safety protocols, handle varying weights and heights, and work in refrigerated environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to community support
- Ability to follow safe operating procedures for equipment
- High school diploma or GED
Key Duties
- Operate forklift to move merchandise within the warehouse
- Track inventory accurately using handheld devices
- Stack, rotate, and replenish products for timely order fulfillment
- Stage finished goods and load/unload trailers safely
- Maintain safety standards and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs or more
