- Picking items using order sheets or audio headsets
- Stacking products on pallets for loading
- Ensuring order accuracy and safety compliance
- Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
- Applying proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damage
- Reporting discrepancies and performing equipment inspections
- Frequent lifting of cases weighing 1-60 lbs., often from floor to overhead
- Following safety procedures during material handling
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk extensively, frequently lifting heavy products and handling sharp tools safely. Motivation to work in cold environments (-20° to 0°) is essential.
