Overview
Role: An Automotive Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently, following dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. They perform multi-point inspections, document repairs, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-mechanical stakeholders.
Key Duties: Diagnose vehicles based on certification level, execute repairs accurately, recommend necessary services, and maintain safety procedures. Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as needed.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and ideally have at least one unexpired ASE or equivalent certification. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures. Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working with full range of motion.
