Overview
Role Overview: As a General Service Technician, you will perform basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and fluid flushes. Working alongside ASE Certified Technicians, you'll receive training to advance your career, with opportunities to become a certified ASE Automotive Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport customers and parts safely using company vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
- Perform basic services like oil changes under supervision.
- Identify vehicle issues and report safety concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to safety procedures and traffic laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Energetic, motivated individuals with a passion for cars; prior automotive experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Monday through Saturday.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
Compensation & Benefits: $15-$20/hour based on experience, with benefits including bi-weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, insurance coverage, 401(k), vehicle discounts, and advancement opportunities.
