Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will work in a collaborative environment to perform preventative vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. You will receive comprehensive training to learn tasks such as changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting lights and wipers, and conducting an 18-point maintenance check.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow safety procedures and operational instructions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn
- Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks like crouching and bending
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
