Overview

Role: Senior Associate in Global Mobility Services (GMS) responsible for supporting expatriate tax processes and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and assist with tax research related to expatriate employees.
  • Prepare tax returns, payroll reports, and international assignment cost projections.
  • Perform equalization calculations and handle miscellaneous tax forms for expatriates.
  • Communicate with IRS and state taxing authorities regarding notices and audits.
  • Review payroll reporting and withholding accuracy for expatriate wages.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in expatriate or individual tax.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience at an accounting firm preferred.
  • Working towards a CPA or Enrolled Agent credential.
  • Strong analytical skills in tax and accounting information.
