Role Overview:
Seeking a Manager to join an International Tax practice, focusing on advising multinational enterprises on complex tax strategies and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients on location choices, entity structures, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization, considering tax risk and global tax rates.
Assist in tax planning by analyzing short- and long-term implications aligned with business goals.
Collaborate on structuring tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs, including drafting tax opinions and models.
Support clients with tax provisioning and compliance, working with audit teams on global tax reporting.
Advise on income tax treaty opportunities for cross-border activities.
Provide specialized support for alternative investment clients throughout their investment lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum five years of experience in international, merger & acquisition, or federal tax planning.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees and professional licenses (CPA, EA, JD, LLM) preferred.
Knowledge of international and domestic tax laws, strong research, modeling, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and develop client relationships.
