Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services team.
In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including corporations and partnerships, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
Your responsibilities include participating in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), managing tax provision calculations, and working as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver expert industry knowledge and innovative solutions.
You will manage teams of tax professionals, ensure the delivery of high-quality tax advice, and develop strong client relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- At least two years of recent corporate tax experience
- Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institution
- Solid knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740
- Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams
