Seeking a Senior Associate, UKG to lead UKG implementation workstreams, focusing on products like UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver UKG projects, ensuring standards and tools are effectively implemented
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold a respectful work environment

    • Qualifications & Skills:

    • At least three years of relevant UKG consulting experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
    • Proficiency and certifications in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and analytics
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S.
