Overview
Role Overview: The Director, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance implementations, serving as the solution authority, and driving best practices and standard adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects from design to deployment and stabilization.
- Facilitate client workshops and executive discussions to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
- Design and implement comprehensive Finance solutions covering Record-to-Report, Treasury, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Project Management.
- Oversee functional teams across design, configuration, testing, and data activities.
- Lead sales pursuits, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development for SAP Cloud opportunities.
- Mentor consulting professionals and contribute to the growth of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Proven leadership in at least three SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance projects.
- Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including Fit-to-Standard, CBC, SAP Activate, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Strong ability to engage with CFOs and finance leadership in executive-level discussions.
- Experience in selling, scoping, and delivering SAP transformation programs, with a preference for supporting private equity, carve-outs, or rapid deployments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work without sponsorship.
