Overview
Role Overview: The Senior Associate, Okta Identity Governance Engineer, supports the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Okta Identity Governance solutions. This includes managing identity lifecycle, access requests, reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support application onboarding, configuration, and deployment of Okta Identity Governance.
- Maintain solutions related to identity management, access controls, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve onboarding challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Act with professionalism and uphold a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least one year in Okta or related platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; or five years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with Okta Identity Governance, application onboarding, access reviews, entitlements, workflows, and IAM integrations.
- Understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
