Overview
Role Overview: This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Saviynt Identity Governance. The role focuses on designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, and policies. Collaboration with stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing technical documentation are key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
- Relevant degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; alternatively, seven years of related experience with no degree requirement.
- Experience in implementing enterprise IGA solutions, onboarding applications, managing identity lifecycle, access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), identity governance principles, and emerging security technologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties:
- Lead technical delivery of identity security projects and solutions.
- Design and support identity governance frameworks, policies, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide onboarding, and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
- Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for identity governance.
- Support AI-enabled capabilities, including automation and analytics.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
