Role Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for leading a retail automotive service and tire store, focusing on customer experience, team development, operational performance, safety, and financial results. This full-time position offers a competitive salary plus bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff to optimize performance and engagement.
- Manage store operations, including sales, KPIs, budgeting, labor, and inventory control.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Oversee store safety, cleanliness, compliance, and vendor relations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a safe, organized environment and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years in automotive, retail, or store management with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership, customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing store performance, budgets, and P&L results.
- Proficiency with POS systems, data analysis, and operational reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; ability to pass MVR check.
Preferred Attributes:
- Automotive service or mechanical experience.
- Previous leadership roles such as Store or Service Manager.
- Certifications like ASE or state inspector license.
