Overview
Role: The Part-Time General Service Technician performs non-technical automotive repairs such as oil changes, tire services, and wheel rotations. Responsibilities include driving customers, picking up parts, maintaining shop cleanliness, and documenting vehicle conditions using Multi-point Inspections.
Qualifications: Must work at least five days weekly, including weekends, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate motivation and a passion for cars. Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required.
Key Duties: Conduct tire mounting/dismounting, oil changes, and basic services; follow safety procedures; drive vehicles safely; and perform safety and emission inspections where applicable.
Skills & Conditions: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in varying environments with safety gear. Must have good communication skills and full range of motion. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
