Overview
Role: Senior Automotive Technician
Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on customer vehicles following manufacturer and company standards. Conduct complex repairs, explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and team members, and recommend necessary services. Ensure safety procedures are followed and document all work accurately.
Qualifications: Prior automotive technician experience or ASE certifications, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and technical school experience preferred. Ability to operate computerized diagnostic tools and demonstrate full range of motion and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, clear communication, safety awareness, and physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in varying environmental conditions.
Key Duties: Effectively diagnose vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, communicate with customers, follow safety protocols, and adhere to company policies. Flexibility to work in different physical conditions and environments is required.
