Overview
Role Overview: This position leads daily retail store operations, ensuring staff training, full staffing, and adherence to company standards to meet goals and KPIs.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and maintaining product quality and freshness.
- Verify received orders for correctness, condition, and proper storage.
- Manage a team responsible for stocking, production, and quality control, including handling spoiled/damaged products.
- Maintain product knowledge, promotional features, and store sales programs.
- Ensure execution of weekly plans, manage scheduling, labor, overtime, and payroll efficiently.
- Implement company policies, safety, and food safety standards, taking immediate corrective actions when needed.
- Lead staffing, training, performance management, and career development of associates.
- Develop department goals, monitor forecasts, and participate in meetings at various levels.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department following "Prime Time" standards.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; retail experience and supervisory skills preferred. Strong communication, organization, leadership, strategic planning, and knowledge of retail operations and management systems are essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable depending on location.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally; stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in varied environments. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
