Overview
Role Overview: This position involves preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery products to contribute to the store's financial success. The role requires independent work to ensure food safety, guest experience, and safety guidelines are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery items according to production plans
- Package, label, and merchandise bakery products
- Stock backroom with rotated and dated products
- Notify management of supply needs
- Collaborate with departments to support store growth
- Maintain safety, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate tasks and instructions clearly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Detail-oriented with good communication
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, bend, and perform in varied temperatures and environments.
