Overview
Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations and contribute to financial success. The role emphasizes maintaining safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise in storage areas.
- Properly stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves and displays on the sales floor.
- Report product needs to management and ensure product freshness and quality.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments following safety and food safety protocols.
- Adhere to guest experience guidelines and safety procedures.
- Perform additional tasks across departments as needed based on customer service requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or related experience advantageous.
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate in varied environments with exposure to temperatures and noise levels. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
