We are seeking an experienced Administrators. This individual will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to our logistics department. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including document management, data entry, and filing.
• Maintain an accurate record of all logistics activities and ensure timely updates are made to the company’s database.
• Prepare and submit reports and presentations to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on schedule and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist with the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and customers to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services.
• Conduct research and gather data on market trends and competitors to stay informed and make strategic decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
