Role Overview: The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Responsibilities include performing oil changes and car services, supervising daily operations, training new staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. They develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help conduct store audits to uphold safety and performance standards. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, use KPI data for performance monitoring, and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility to work weekends and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions are required. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with strong communication skills, is necessary.
