Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional automotive services and customer experience. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training and developing team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, manage weekly work schedules, assist with inventory and store audits, and maintain a safe, organized environment by opening and closing the center.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, a customer service mindset, and experience working in fast-paced settings. Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring, schedule flexibility, and fluency in English are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
