Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on services, building customer loyalty, developing work schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will also assist with store audits, opening and closing procedures, and team development.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, a customer-focused mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with KPI data. Schedule flexibility and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled areas is necessary.
