Overview
Role Overview: This position coordinates and executes New Model project activities across manufacturing, quality, and production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets essential for successful product launches.
Responsibilities include: Facilitating team alignment, collecting data to promote solutions, managing project milestones, documenting problem items, and ensuring compliance with evaluation standards.
Developing and maintaining communication within teams, analyzing investment and startup expenses, and preparing reports for leadership are key duties. The role also involves managing trial event requests, developing detailed activity schedules, and overseeing part requirements and resolution of trial issues.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 3 years industry experience, preferably in automotive. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, problem-solving, and project management knowledge are required.
Work is primarily onsite, with potential for one remote day weekly after approval. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
