Role Overview: The Store Manager oversees the overall performance of a retail automotive service store, focusing on
both financial results and daily operations. They are responsible for achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, managing human resources, and maintaining high standards of guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- People: Set expectations, communicate regularly with employees, conduct performance evaluations, recruit, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Financials: Analyze business trends, develop plans to maximize sales, review invoices, and safeguard company assets.
- Facilities: Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, equipment inspections, and efficient inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least two years of leadership experience in retail or automotive service management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.
- Preferred experience as an automotive technician; valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to relocate and work weekends.
