Overview
Role Overview:This position involves preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery products independently to support store operations and financial goals. It ensures adherence to food safety, safety guidelines, and guest experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery items according to production plans.
- Package, label, and merchandise bakery products.
- Stock backroom with rotated and dated bakery items.
- Notify management of supply needs.
- Collaborate with team members across departments.
- Follow safety, food safety, cleaning, and guest service protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, including support in other departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail or related fields preferred.
- Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment, which may include varied temperatures and exposure to outdoor weather.
