Overview
Role Overview: This position entails preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking bakery products independently to support store profitability. It emphasizes adhering to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards while collaborating with team members to drive store growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce bakery items according to production plans.
- Package, label, and merchandise bakery products following company guidelines.
- Stock backroom with fresh, rotated products, and notify managers for supply needs.
- Assist other departments as needed and communicate task completion clearly.
- Maintain safety, food safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
- Support additional duties assigned based on store requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail or related fields preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to interpret documents.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
