Overview
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by explaining oil change options and additional services.
Training is provided to develop your communication skills and product knowledge, enabling you to effectively assist guests and become an expert in services and company operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Suggesting additional services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations
- Engaging with customers face-to-face with effective communication
- Assisting with vehicle maintenance tasks, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working in a non-climate-controlled environment and standing for extended periods
- Reviewing and understanding training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Full mobility and manual dexterity, including working above head and climbing stairs
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
