We seek a highly skilled engineer to lead the development of new technologies and mass production processes, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities include: Leading design efforts using CAD (2D/3D), ensuring components meet specifications through calculations and standards, guiding project teams to meet targets and deadlines, managing bill of materials and cost targets, driving innovation for competitive advantage, and supporting quality and problem-solving initiatives.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 8+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Powersports or Power Equipment, and proven project leadership skills.
- Skills required: Strong technical expertise, project management, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based work with frequent keyboard use, limited physical activity.
- Potential travel, including overseas, and exposure to typical office/shop hazards.
- Overtime may be required based on project demands.
- Adherence to safety and departmental policies is mandatory.
