Role Overview: The position involves participating in a structured Engineering Development Program (EDP) designed to accelerate career growth for early-career engineers.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing rotational assignments across various engineering functions
- Engaging in mentorship, project work, and cross-functional collaboration
- Contributing to meaningful engineering projects while developing broad technical knowledge
- Building a professional network within the organization
- Presenting project outcomes to leadership and gaining exposure to manufacturing and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an ABET or ATMAE accredited engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Welding)
- Preferred: 3 months of relevant internship or co-op experience
- Less than 2 years of engineering work experience
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and build relationships across functions
