Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will work in a friendly, collaborative environment to provide exceptional customer service and perform vehicle preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities include: changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers, and conducting an 18-point maintenance check, among other services.
Qualifications and Skills: A positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow safety procedures. Flexibility with scheduling, physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments are required. Fluency in English and comfort with reading and understanding training materials are essential.
