Fire Inspector – Full-Time, Night Shift

Overview

Summary of Responsibilities:

This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance of fire suppression and control systems, responding to fire alarms and emergencies, and providing basic emergency medical care. The individual will support safety protocols, manage security and safety equipment, and assist with environmental response activities. They may also perform drug and alcohol screenings and support compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current paramedic or EMT-A certification valid in Tennessee.

Experience with fire detection/control systems and emergency medicine preferred.

Valid driver’s license, CPR/AED certification, and professional liability insurance.

Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Proficient in computer use and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to operate security gates and perform lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining a positive attitude amid change.
