Role Overview:
Seeking a Manager to join an International Tax practice, focusing on advising multinational enterprises on complex tax strategies and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients on location choices, entity structures, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization, considering tax risk and global tax rates.
  • Assist in tax planning by analyzing short- and long-term implications aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate on structuring tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs, including drafting tax opinions and models.
  • Support clients with tax provisioning and compliance, working with audit teams on global tax reporting.
  • Advise on income tax treaty opportunities for cross-border activities.
  • Provide specialized support for alternative investment clients throughout their investment lifecycle.

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum five years of experience in international, merger & acquisition, or federal tax planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees and professional licenses (CPA, EA, JD, LLM) preferred.
  • Knowledge of international and domestic tax laws, strong research, modeling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and develop client relationships.
