Role Overview: This position involves providing international tax advisory services, managing client engagements, and supporting business development efforts within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an international tax advisor across various industries, delivering tailored tax solutions.
- Assist in expanding services through client engagement and collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Manage and lead multiple client projects, maintaining clear communication and expectations.
- Research, draft, and review tax advice on domestic and international matters.
- Oversee international compliance and technical aspects of tax engagements.
- Stay informed on U.S. tax developments and their implications for clients.
Additional for Senior Manager:
- Contribute to external market and business activities, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Guide and develop other tax professionals within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least five years of experience in international corporate taxation or related fields such as M&A or federal tax.
- Relevant degree and professional credentials (CPA, JD/LLM, EA), with a one-year window to obtain certifications if not already held.
- Expertise in international tax planning areas such as transactional structuring, treaty research, repatriation, transfer pricing, and cross-border M&A.
- Strong research, communication, and planning skills, with a solid understanding of corporate tax compliance and U.S. federal taxation.
- For Senior Managers, a minimum of eight years of relevant experience and proven client relationship management skills.
