Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and coverage options for property, casualty, and related policies.
- Quote, sell, and process new and renewal insurance policies efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and address inquiries or claims promptly.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies at all times.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product offerings, and market trends to best serve clients.
Skills Needed:
- Active property and casualty insurance license for the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain one.
